
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return your item(s) to us for a refund within the following timeframes:
- From our outlet or directly from our sales representative: 30 days from date of purchase
- Online: 30 days from date of receipt
We’re able to accept your item(s) for a refund based on the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
- The item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
Important Information:
- Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible upon receipt of parcel however, please note it can take up to 7 business days for your funds to appear in your account.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you’ve received faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact through our contact us page with the details and photos if these are available. Upon inspection of the photos, we’ll send you a reply paid returns label for the merchandise to be returned to us if there’s a genuine manufacturing fault or if a dispatch error has occurred.
